Unsupervised Data Analysis & AI for Flow Cytometry

The aim of this workshop is to introduce the participants to modern computational techniques to analyze complex flow cytometry dataset. A mixture of theoretical and practical courses will show how to set up a pipeline using the R programming language, but also other platforms such as FlowJo and any cloud platform – including key steps such as data preprocessing and transformation, identification of cell populations, and differential analysis of sample groups. No previous knowledge of unsupervised data analysis is required.
