Prerequisites : Knowledge of the basic principles of flow cytometry and hematology.
Courses objectives : The participants will learn :
• how to use flow cytometry for the detailed analysis of normal hematopoiesis in peripheral blood and bone marrow samples.
• the different strategies to characterize hematological malignancies by flow cytometry and detect MRD
• to design an optimal panel
• how spectral cytometry can be used for diagnostic purposes
• to use multidimensional analyses to understand complex cell phenotypes
