Introduction à la Cytométrie en Flux: acquérir des bases solides et devenir autonome

Durée : 33 heures en 1 semaine. 9h-17h, sauf le vendredi: 8h-16h. La moitié du temps est consacré à des sessions pratiques.

Public cible : Toute personne travaillant ou étudiant dans le domaine de la biologie (clinique ou recherche). Aucune connaissance préalable en cytométrie en flux n’est requise.
Prérequis : Connaissances de base en biologie cellulaire et/ou en médecine.
Objectifs : Les participants apprendront :
• les bases de la cytométrie en flux
• le principe de fonctionnement d’un cytomètre en flux et comment optimiser ses réglages
• comment optimiser le design d’une expérience, y compris la titration d’anticorps
• comment réaliser des expériences de marquage multicolore avec compensations et contrôles adéquats
• comment optimiser l’acquisition des échantillons pour obtenir la meilleure qualité de données
• comment élaborer et appliquer différentes stratégies de gating pour l’analyse des données
