Introduction to multi-dimensional flow cytometry analyses

The aim of this workshop is to introduce the participants to modern computational cytometry techniques. A mixture of theoretical and practical courses will show how to set up a pipeline using the R programming language, Cytobank, and FlowJo – including key steps such as data preprocessing and transformation, automated identification of cell populations, and differential analysis of sample groups. No previous knowledge of R is required.
